Bagger-Sørensen Equity has acquired additional 40.30% of the share capital in Flex Wind Group A/S bringing the ownership to 95.30%

On 2 September 2024 Bagger-Sørensen Equity has acquired additional 40.30% of the share capital in Flex
Wind Group A/S bringing the ownership to 95.30%.
The shares have been acquired from the founder of Flex Wind, Jens Nygaard, and the minority
shareholder, Ingvar Jensen.

Bagger-Sørensen Equity would like to thank the Sellers for the co-operation over the past 3 years and
look forward to continuing the collaboration with Jens Nygaard in his capacity as General Manager for
Flex Wind in the LATAM region.

The strategy and position of Flex Wind Group as a value adding Independent Service Provider in the
renewable energy market with a particular focus on wind energy is unchanged following the
transaction.

Bagger-Sørensen Equity and the management team in Flex Wind see an interesting
potential in the renewable energy sector in the coming years and hence the increase in ownership.
