Daeda – a new platform

In line with the strategy of Bagger-Sørensen Equity (BSE), we have initiated the establishment of a new platform under the name Daeda. The ambition is to acquire 5–10 specialised engineering companies and bring them together in a strong community focused on technical solutions within areas such as mechanical and electromechanical engineering.

We have recently signed an agreement with Flindt Kristensen Engineering, a company that develops advanced engineering solutions for sectors including wind, offshore and maritime. At the same time, we are already pursuing further add-on acquisitions for the Daeda Group.

The purpose of Daeda is to create a strong professional community where companies can share knowledge and resources across the group, thereby strengthening our position in the market.

The initiative is part of Bagger-Sørensen’s overall strategy to build strong platforms within selected business areas.
