As of February 3, 2025, Bagger-Sørensen Equity has acquired the majority stake in Jymika A/S. Following the acquisition, the company is now owned by Bagger-Sørensen Equity along with Martin Nielsen and Kent Nielsen, both directors and second generation in Jymika A/S.
The acquisition marks Bagger-Sørensen Equity’s second investment in its newly established platform, BASO Group, which Jymika A/S is now a part of.
Jymika perfectly aligns with the strategy and ambition of building a Danish full-service provider within metal processing, as well as the development of components and tools. This includes everything from design and construction to production, service, repair, and refurbishment. Whether it concerns critical single-unit components, specialized products, or large-scale series production, the ambition is to offer an integrated value proposition based on deep expertise through a cluster of specialized companies.
